We are happy to announce that for the first time, LifeSeeds is offering PRE-REGISTRATION for 2024.  The cost of camp will be $350 per week (the 2023 price) for anyone who registers by December 31, 2023.

LifeSeeds Summer Camp 2024 will run for five weeks and be held at Arcadia University, starting on Monday July 1st, 2024. (The first week of camp is a prorated 4-day week; we will NOT have camp on July 4th.)

2024 LIFESEEDS CAMP SPORTS/ACTIVITIES
Campers, children ages 6-15, may select one sport/activity each week.

  • Basketball (Offered ONLY for campers 8 years and older.)

CAMP LOCATION, HOURS, & DATES OF OPERATION

For 2024, ALL weeks of LifeSeeds Summer Camp will be held at Arcadia University located at 450 S. Easton Road, Glenside, PA 19038.

CAMP HOURS 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Before Care: Begins at 7:30 AM
    (+ $10 per camper daily)
  • After Care: Begins at 3 pm until 4 PM
  • (+ $10 per camper daily)

  • SESSION 1
    July 1 – 5, 2024  (4 days only, NO camp on Thursday July 4th. This session is prorated.)

    July 8 – 12, 2024
  • SESSION 3
    July 15 – 19, 2024
  • SESSION 4
    July 22 – 26, 2024
  • SESSION 5
    July 29-August 2, 2024

PRICING

  • PRE-REGISTRATION
    Register for camp BY December 31, 2023 and receive the Pre–Registration Discount – cost of camp is $350 each week (Week 1 prorated to $300 per week.)
  • EARLY REGISTRATION
    Register for camp BETWEEN January 1, 2024 and BY May 1st , 2024 and receive the Early Registration Discount – cost of camp is $365 each week (Week 1 prorated to $310 per week.)
  • REGISTRATION
    Register for camp AFTER May 1, 2024 – cost of camp is $385 each week (Week 1 prorated to $320 per week.)

Online registration remains open ONLY until 5 pm the Saturday before each week of camp begins.

ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS

  • We offer a family savings of $10 per week for each additional sibling registered. This discount is automatically applied during online registration, but does not apply to first camper.

BEFORE AND AFTER CARE

  • Extended Care: $10 per camper for Before Care (7:30AM+) and $10 per camper for After Care (until 4PM) offered daily ‘pay-as-you-go.’

PLEASE NOTE
There is a $50 non-refundable deposit that is included in your payment and is the minimal amount due when registering each week of camp. (This fee is not an additional cost, but will not be refunded if you choose to cancel. Restrictions apply when switching weeks. Please refer to our FAQ page for more information if canceling.)

HOW TO REGISTER

1) To register online click here to access your LifeSeeds camp account or to create a new camp account. Our online registration requires a minimum payment of the non-refundable deposit ($50 per week registered) by eCheck¹.

2) You may also register by completing a 2024 LifeSeeds Summer Camp Registration Form for each camper and mailing to us along with your full payment or non-refundable deposit to this address:

PLEASE NOTE – The remaining balance may be paid either online through your camp account by eCheck¹, by Square Invoice (read below), or by mailing a check payable to: LifeSeeds. We ask that full payment for the current week of camp be paid that Monday of camp. Please refer to our FAQs page for information on cancellations and refunds.

IMPORTANT DISCOUNT INFORMATION
Camp registration forms must be postmarked by May 1, 2024 in order to receive the early registration discount.

On-line registration for each session will remain open until 5 p.m. the Saturday before that week of camp begins.  Send an email to lifeseedscamp@gmail.com if you need help registering after this deadline.


OPTION FOR WALK-INS
We will accept walk-ins on Monday, providing there is space available and all your campers have medical clearance to attend camp. We recommend bringing completed registration forms, signed waivers, and health & safety questionnaire for each camper. FULL PAYMENT is due at this time.  If possible, please notify Dave at lifeseedsorg@gmail.com.


*SQUARE INVOICE PAYMENTS
Make a secure credit card payment using SQUARE INVOICE  
A 3% processing fee will be applied to all Square Invoice payments.

Option 1: After registering for camp on-line and paying the non-refundable deposit by eCheck¹, contact us (lifeseedscampreg@gmail.com) with your request to be invoiced for the remaining camp costs. Please provide your name, camper’s names and if you wish to be charged a specific amount. We will e-mail a link to pay securely via credit card.

Option 2:  Mail us your completed registration form or E-mail us (please attach an image or file of all completed registration forms with your signed waiver and photo release) and select option to pay by Square Invoice. We will send you a link to pay securely via credit card.


LifeSeeds Summer Camp Sponsorship
Sponsor a child to go to camp this year!  You may make a general donation or specify a child or family. Please send an email to lifeseedsorg@gmail.com and we can provide more information.


2024 Financial Aid: LifeSeeds may provide some assistance to families who experience financial hardships. To inquire more about possible financial aid towards camp costs, please contact Dave Burton at lifeseedsorg@gmail.com.
