Motivational Seminars

Dave Burton’s entertaining and informative presentations draw from a lifetime of experience in athletics and education. He has worked with children and adults alike, playing and coaching many sports, as well as teaching children from kindergarten through college. Staff Development
Need a powerful and effective boost for your staff? This is sure to do the job! LifeSeeds will apply the strategies of team-building to your staff and address concerns of your group within each task. Themes and specific needs can and will be incorporated into inspirational and energetic experiential-based activities. These seminars are always memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression on all involved.

Leader Foundations
LeaderFoundations, our Executive division is where we focus on working with intact or newly defined cross-functional or management teams seeking high-performance results. Different from traditional team building training and relationship building, these sessions are tailored to achieving specific team objectives that often include: Understanding individual strengths, clarifying roles for decision making and accountability, establishing a level of commitment (ownership), problem solving skills, facilitation of effective meetings to ensure objectives and priorities can be met, and finally, overall performance of your management team or group of employees.

Team-Building Seminars
Half-day, full-day and two-day seminars on team/community building are available. Designed for sports teams of all ages, corporate groups, schools, school and church staffs, and others. This is an experiential-based process where individuals are given an opportunity to realize their strengths and abilities and how they can contribute to accomplishing both individual and team goals. Indoor and outdoor group activities will motivate and inspire each person to realize their potential as leaders. Most importantly, the concepts that are developed will be related and applied to the issues and problems that are specific to each person and/or group.

Educational Seminars
Designed specifically for educators, LifeSeeds offers a variety of seminars that focus on some of the most critical issues in education today including Bullying, Mentoring, Diversity/Tolerance, and Differentiated Instruction. Adolescent concerns such as substance abuse, at-risk sexual behavior, depression, and suicide are also topics which LifeSeeds addresses through a variety of presentations and speakers. These seminars are based on the latest research in each area and taught through self-reflection and experiential activities.

Keynote Speeches
Dave is available to speak at conferences, in-services, and other large group functions. Whether it be a student body, or a corporate retreat, Dave will inspire and motivate those in attendance with stories that warm the heart and stir the soul. His “Heart of a Teacher” keynote has received rave reviews from school districts in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
